長嘴隱蜂鳥（中國大陸作西長尾隱蜂鳥）（學名：Phaethornis longirostris），是雨燕目蜂鳥科的一種鳥類。[2] 其種小名「longirostris」意為「長吻的」、「長嘴的」。
長嘴隱蜂鳥體重約6克，翼長約61.2公釐，嘴峰長約41.8公釐，喙寬度約3.3公釐，喙厚度約2.9公釐，跗蹠長約4.6公釐，尾長約65.4公釐。長嘴隱蜂鳥在其分布區內為留鳥，其棲息在密集的高大樹木組成的森林中，食性為草食性，主要食物來源是植物的花蜜。[3]
亞種
- P. l. longirostris：分布於墨西哥南部（瓦哈卡州北部和恰帕斯州）至貝里斯和宏都拉斯北部。
- P. l. cephalus：分布於宏都拉斯東部至哥倫比亞西北部。
- P. l. susurrus：分布於聖瑪爾塔內華達山脈（哥倫比亞東北部）。
- P. l. baroni：分布於厄瓜多西部和秘魯西北部。[4]
