貝茲學院（英語：Bates College /ˈbeɪts/）或譯貝茨學院，是位於美國緬因州路易斯頓的私立文理學院，由廢奴主義者於1855年建成，是新英格蘭地區第一所男女同校的大學。[2]

1855年成立時，緬因州立神學院（Maine State Seminary，貝茨學院的前身）是新英格蘭第一所男女共學的學院[3][4]，作為廢奴主義者成立的學院，第一批學生中就有數名前奴隸。[5] 創始人是美國政治家歐仁·貝爾班克·錢尼（Oren Burbank Cheney）[6]。學院拒絕具有排外性質的兄弟會和姐妹會[7]，錢尼請他的朋友、美國參議員查爾斯·薩姆納為學院寫下校訓[8][9]。
2005年，《普林斯頓評論》稱貝茲學院是美國大學中「最有價值的大學之一」。Elaine Tuttle Hansen在2002年成為貝茲學院第七位校長。從她擔任校長起，貝茲學院興建了新教學樓，新餐廳，新宿舍樓等等。這些都是環保建築。貝茲學院是綠色能源領導俱樂部（Green Power Leadership Club）的成員之一，該學校所使用的能源中占比96%的部分來自可再生資源。
錄取
貝茲學院的新生錄取率約為22%[10]。從1984起，新學生不需提交SAT成績為錄取條件。[11]

貝茲學院有一個很特殊的學術本制，「4-4-1」制，一學年有兩個學期：秋季和冬季。還有一個「短學期」。在短學期期間（五月），學生們只須學習一個科目。貝茲學院學生只須選學兩個短學期的課。貝茲學院共有二十一個系，有二十二個專業。最受歡迎的系有政治學、心理學、經濟學、英文、生物學和歷史。
