金凱源中心（英語：CapitaSpring）是一座51層、高280米的大廈，耗資18.2億新元建造，位於新加坡中央商業區原金鞋停車場的地段[1]。該樓主要建有辦公室和一間花園，以及雅詩閣所負責的服務公寓、零售空間和小販中心。大樓已於2021年完工[2]。該建築由建築設計事務所英厄爾斯集團（英語：Bjarke Ingels Group）和義大利建築師卡爾洛·拉蒂設計[3]，是新加坡最高的建築之一[4][5]。
建造歷史
金凱源中心的項目開發商是凱德集團和三菱地所[6]。摩根大通在2018年宣布將在大樓中租用部分空間[7]，並成為項目的主要租戶[8]。其他租戶包括IBM子公司紅帽公司[9]、以及數間律師事務所和金融公司[8]。
使用
大廈主要用於傳統的辦公空間，但約有建築的10%將包含聯合辦公空間。大廈的二樓和三樓還設有一個美食中心，包括一個類似於原金鞋停車場的小販中心，以及各種餐飲和零售選擇。樓中建有兩座花園，一座位於地上100米，另一座是新加坡最高的屋頂城市農場，其餘空間由雅詩閣服務公寓占據[10][11]。
事件
工程師墜樓事件
2022年4月8日早上一名48歲女工程師在大廈16樓的維修層工作時，疑不慎踏到假天花板，導致她從16樓摔到9樓不幸身亡。這是新加坡在2022年發生的第11起致命工地事故[12]。
流行文化
大廈出現在了電視節目《西部世界》第三季的「背景」中[13]。
