非軍事化

非軍事化是指一國減少或解散自己的武裝力量，軍事化則與之相反^[1]。例如英國在北愛爾蘭實施非軍事化後在當地削減安全和軍事機構 ^[2]；哥斯大黎加憲法自1949年明文禁止常設軍隊，因此成為首例完全非軍事化的案例。非軍事化是兩次世界大戰後許多國家實施的政策。例如第一次世界大戰結束後，英國實施裁軍 ^[3]。
