鬼影人（英語：Shadow person，又譯陰影人）是一種都市傳說中的超自然存在。
形態
鬼影人通常被描述為黑色的人形陰影，無法看清五官，有時穿戴著斗篷或帽子，身體類似於煙霧或伴隨著煙霧出現。在絕大多數的目擊報告，鬼影人只是四處飄動，但有部分目擊者稱鬼影人曾試圖對他們發起攻擊，如扼住頸部或壓著身體等。[1][2][3][4]
解釋
有觀點認為，鬼影人是當事人因精神類藥物、酒精、睡眠癱瘓、[5][6]幻想性視錯覺、睡眠不足或極度緊張狀態下出現的幻覺或虛假記憶。
