1,4-立方烷二甲酸是一種有機化合物,化學式為C10H8O4。它可以環戊酮乙二醇縮酮和溴為原料反應,得到endo-2,4-二溴二環戊二烯-1,8-二酮中間體,再在紫外光照射下反應,經氫氧化鈉溶液回流、酸化後製得[2]。它在氘代甲醇中的核磁氫譜的峰位於4.19(s,6H)ppm[2]。它可用於合成1,4-二碘立方烷[3]和1,2,4,7-立方烷四甲酸[4]。
