含菌細胞（英語：Mycetocyte或Bacteriocyte）是一種存在於昆蟲體內的特殊脂肪細胞，常見於蚜蟲、采采蠅、德國蟑螂、象鼻蟲等。這些細胞內含有細菌和真菌等共生生物，為宿主提供必需氨基酸和其它營養物質。^[1]
