同盟國佔領德國期間的強姦，指二戰結束後盟軍對德國女性的強姦，包括蘇軍、美軍、英軍和法軍。長期以來此事在國際媒體上鮮受關注。[1][2][3]
蘇聯
强奸主要發生在德国苏占区，数量则众说纷纭，预估最高有约2,000,000婦女被蘇聯紅軍强奸[4][5][6][7]。根據史學家威廉·希区柯克的说法，很多婦女被輪奸，有些多達六七十次[8]。而根据柏林医院的报告，人们认为至少100,000名婦女在柏林被强奸[6]，約10,000名婦女在这之後死亡[9]。历史学家诺曼·奈马克则在其著作中表示，1945年年中开始，被抓到强奸平民的苏联士兵通常会受到一定程度的惩罚，从逮捕到处决不等。[10]:92尽管如此，强奸行为一直持续到了1947年冬天，当时驻德苏联军事管理委员会将苏联军队严格限制在哨所和营地以内[10]:59，将其与德国苏占区居民分开。[11]

美國
J. 法國
Perry Biddiscombe援引原始檔案估計法軍在康斯坦茨作了385起强奸案，在布魯赫薩爾約600起，在弗羅伊登施塔特約500起[21] 。三地總共約1,485起强奸。其他地區也有强奸傳聞，但數據不明。
