同盟國佔領德國期間的強姦，指二戰結束後盟軍對德國女性的強姦，包括蘇軍、美軍、英軍和法軍。長期以來此事在國際媒體上鮮受關注。[1][2][3]
蘇聯
強姦主要發生在德國蘇占區，數量則眾說紛紜，預估最高有約2,000,000婦女被蘇聯紅軍強姦[4][5][6][7]。根據史學家威廉·希區柯克的說法，很多婦女被輪奸，有些多達六七十次[8]。而根據柏林醫院的報告，人們認為至少100,000名婦女在柏林被強姦[6]，約10,000名婦女在這之後死亡[9]。歷史學家諾曼·奈馬克則在其著作中表示，1945年年中開始，被抓到強姦平民的蘇聯士兵通常會受到一定程度的懲罰，從逮捕到處決不等。[10]:92儘管如此，強姦行為一直持續到了1947年冬天，當時駐德蘇聯軍事管理委員會將蘇聯軍隊嚴格限制在哨所和營地以內[10]:59，將其與德國蘇占區居民分開。[11]

美國
J. Robert Lilly 估計11,040名婦女被美軍強姦[13]。然而，德國歷史學家Miriam Gebhardt認為，在所有盟軍士兵犯下的860,000起強姦案中，美國士兵犯下的強姦案高達190,000起。[14][15][16]D日美軍攻下法國後，繼續進攻德國，很多德國婦女在1945年被美軍強奸[17]。醉酒的美軍士兵在占領區行進時，通常會用武器威脅德國家庭，強迫一名或多名婦女發生性關係，然後把全家趕到街上。[18]德國美占區的強姦案的數量同樣在1945年達到頂峰，但暴行至少持續到了1946年上半年，僅在1946年5月和6月，就報導了5起德國婦女在美國軍營死亡的案例.[17]。沒有美國士兵因在德國占領區強姦平民而被處決[19]。
英國
按Sean Longden著述，英軍有憲兵隊審查軍紀，定期處理強姦報告，強姦規模遠小於蘇聯紅軍，但依舊零星發生強姦案件[20]。
他的著述提及1945年4月16日呂本山麓諾伊施塔特有3名婦女被英軍強姦[20]。
法國
Perry Biddiscombe援引原始檔案估計法軍在康斯坦茨作了385起強姦案，在布魯赫薩爾約600起，在弗羅伊登施塔特約500起[21] 。三地總共約1,485起強姦。其他地區也有強姦傳聞，但數據不明。
