肉卷（英語：Meat Loaf），本名麥可·李·艾德（英語：Michael Lee Aday，1947年9月27日—2022年1月20日[1]），其原名為馬文·李·艾德（英語：Marvin Lee Aday），是美國知名的男歌手及演員。他的《地獄蝙蝠》三步曲全球已經銷售4.3千萬張[2]，唱片發行35年之後依然錄得每年2萬張的銷量[3]，連續9年穩據音樂排行榜，是有史以來最暢銷的專輯之一[4]。《我願意為愛付出一切（但我不會那樣做）》一曲更加為他帶來了格林美獎的殊榮。他是全球最暢銷的歌手之一，累計銷售超過8千萬張[5]，他亦曾經參與越50部電視或電影的演出。
早年生活
肉捲出生於德州的達拉斯[6]，他是家中的獨生子。他的母親威瑪·亞提為一名學校老師及Vo-di-o-do女孩福音四重奏的成員，父親奧維斯·韋斯是一名警察。[7]奧維斯是一名時常在外酗酒多日的酒鬼以至於威瑪時常要開車找遍達拉斯的酒吧帶他回家。因此艾德時常與他的祖母查爾西·諾蘭德待在一起。[7]
肉捲在他的自傳《到地獄走了一回》中描述了一個關於他和他的朋友及他朋友的父親三人於1963年11月22日開車前往達拉斯愛田機場故事去觀看甘迺迪總統拜訪達拉斯的遊行的故事。在看完他離開機場後，他們去了位於甘乃迪遊行路線的市場大廳。在途中，他們聽到甘迺迪已經遭到槍擊後便前往帕克蘭醫院。在那裡他們見到賈桂琳·甘迺迪下了車，當時的德州州長約翰·康納利也開車離去，但是肉捲一行人始終沒有見到甘迺迪總統出來。
肉捲在1965年從湯瑪士·傑佛遜中學畢業。他在求學期間擔任製片並展開了他的演藝事業。[8]在就讀拉伯克基督教大學後他轉學至北德州州立大學（現今的北德州大學）。在得知母親去世的消息後，他在達拉斯租了一間公寓並封閉自己長達三個半月，直到最後被他的一位朋友所發現。隨後不久，他便到機場搭乘飛往洛杉磯的班機離去。[9]
個人生活
肉捲在1984年將自己的本名由馬文改為麥可。[10][11]
肉捲是紐約洋基隊的支持者與球迷。[12]此外，他也熱愛參與夢幻總教頭的活動，並每季參與多個聯盟。[13]
肉卷也是英格蘭北部的哈特普爾聯足球會的支持者。2003年根據BBC報導他正在尋找鄰近的住宅。[14]他現在住在加州的卡拉巴薩斯外部，在馬鞍峰及卡拉巴薩斯峰附近。
他也時常參與慈善活動。在2008年6月他代表兩個位於英國泰恩河畔新堡的癌症慈善機構參與了一場足球PK大戰比賽。他不但為前100名捐款最多的捐款者拍照，也與兩名足球守門員一起合照。[15]此外，他也參與了名人高爾夫錦標賽。
去世
2022年1月20日，肉卷因2019冠状病毒病去世，享寿75岁。[16]
