赛克利嗪（英语：Cyclizine）是用于治疗和预防晕车造成的恶心、呕吐、头晕的药物，^[2]也可用于治疗全身麻醉或使用阿片类后导致的恶心。^[2]^[3]它通过口服、直肠（英语：Rectal administration）或静脉给药。^[3]^[4]

赛克利嗪常见的副作用包括嗜睡、口干、便秘、视力问题，更严重的副作用则包括低血压和尿潴留。^[5]一般不推荐儿童和青光眼患者使用赛克利嗪。^[2]^[6]赛克利嗪看起来对孕妇安全，但这尚未得到充分研究。^[7]它属于抗胆碱剂和抗组织胺药。^[3]^[6]

赛克利嗪于1947年被发现。^[8]它是世界卫生组织基本药物，^[9]在美国是非处方药。^[6]
