《啊！烏干達，美麗之地》（英語：Oh Uganda, Land of Beauty）為烏干達共和國的國歌，由烏干達作曲家喬治·威伯福斯·卡科馬（英語：George Wilberforce Kakoma）作詞作曲。1962年，烏干達脫離英國獨立，該曲即被定為國歌。《啊！烏干達，美麗之地》是世界上最短的國歌之一，因此在公開場合演唱時經常重複唱頌。

歷史

自1894年到1960年代非洲的非殖民化高峰期前，烏干達一直是英國在其殖民帝國中的保護國。^[1]^[2]烏干達獨立前夕，籌組了一個小組委員會為即將成立的國家確立國歌^[3]，並舉行一場全國性比賽，其對國歌的標準是「簡短、原創、莊嚴、讚美並展望未來」。^[4]^[3]

最終，由喬治·威伯福斯·卡科馬創作的歌詞和曲調於1962年7月入選^[3]，他在作曲前一天晚上透過烏干達廣播電台（英語：Uganda Broadcasting Corporation）得知小組委員會對目前為止收到的參賽作品均不甚滿意^[3]，於是在一天之內寫出《啊！烏干達，美麗之地》，並成為入選的4首作品之一。^[5] 1962年，烏干達脫離英國獨立，《啊！烏干達，美麗之地》被正式採用為國歌^[4]^[6]，並在同年10月9日的獨立慶祝活動上首次公開播放。^[1]^[5]

卡科馬隨後於2008年起訴烏干達政府，聲稱其在作品被採用後並未獲得足夠的報酬，因此有權收取超過40年的版權使用費^[5]^[7]，並表示政府僅給予他2,000烏干達先令作為「謝禮」^[5]^[7]，在2008年相當於不足1英鎊^[7]，而卡科馬在烏干達上訴法院（英語：Court of Appeal of Uganda）於2019年駁回此案前去世（1923年7月27日－2012年4月8日，88歲），法院認為《啊！烏干達，美麗之地》的版權歸屬於烏干達政府而非作曲者個人。^[5]

《啊！烏干達，美麗之地》全曲共有8個小節^{[註 1]}^[12]^[13]，與日本國歌《君之代》並列為世界上最短的國歌^[14]，《世界國歌》（National Anthems of the World）一書的編輯邁克爾·布里斯托（Michael Bristow）和英國音樂家菲利普·謝帕爾（英語：Philip Sheppard (musician)）亦認為烏干達國歌是全球最短的國歌^[15]^[16]^[17]，因此《啊！烏干達，美麗之地》在國際足球比賽等公開場合演唱時，多會被重複唱頌。^[12]^[18]
