二茂鐵甲酸是一種有機化合物,化學式為C11H10FeO2。
合成
將正丁基鋰在攪拌下滴加至二茂鐵的無水乙醚溶液中,發生鋰化反應(而C-H酸性更弱的苯無明顯反應);待反應結束後將混合物加入至乾冰-乙醚的混合物中攪拌,乾冰消失後加入冷水,分離出水相後加6 N鹽酸酸化,沉澱出產物二茂鐵甲酸,副產物二茂鐵二甲酸佔30%。它們通過在乙酸中結晶分離提純。[3]
性質
二茂鐵甲酸具有弱酸性,比苯甲酸弱大約三倍。[3]它可以和鹼反應,生成二茂鐵甲酸鹽;[4]草酰氯反應,得到二茂鐵甲酰氯。[5]
