拉爾夫·萊利爵士（英語：Sir Ralph Riley，1924年10月23日—1999年8月27日）是一位英國植物遺傳學家[1]，1967年當選皇家學會會士[2]。

萊利和歐內斯特·羅伯特·希爾斯是最早通過染色體工程來進行植物育種的科學家[3][4]，兩人共同獲得1986年的沃爾夫農業獎[5][6]。
