BNL 1ME A.7R.1
BNL 1ME A.7R.1是小鼠肝肿瘤细胞系,最初是正常小鼠胚胎的非致瘤性肝上皮细胞BNL CL.2,经过致癌的甲基胆蒽 (3-methylcholanthrene) 诱导后转化而建立的[1]。新建立的细胞与BNL CL.2细胞相比,E-钙粘蛋白的信使核糖核酸和蛋白水平均显著降低,而骨髓间质标记物和相关转录因子的表达水平则提高[2]。新建立的细胞可以在0.3%的琼脂培养基中生长及增殖,并且对鼠痘病毒呈阴性。有科学家将此癌细胞通过外科手术直接植入近交野生型BALB/c小鼠的肝脏,希望能够阐明固体器官癌转移的生物学机制[3]。有研究指出生育三烯酚能够降低BNL 1ME A.7R.1细胞的活性,并且导致细胞凋亡[4]。
