安森號(英語：HMS Anson)是英國皇家海軍英王喬治五世級戰艦的四號艦（舷號79），以前海軍大臣喬治·安森命名。其於1940年2月24日在位於泰恩-威爾郡的斯旺杭特船廠下水，1942年6月22完工。安森號的服役被推遲以安裝火控雷達和高射炮。安森號原本要被命名為傑利科，但於1940年2月被命名為安森。
安森號參與了第二次世界大戰，於1943年7月參與了北冰洋護航任務，並為西西里島登陸戰轉移注意力。1944年2月參與鎢素行動，幫助擊沉提爾皮莰號。安森號於1945年8月15日前往香港接受日軍投降，戰後成為英國太平洋艦隊第一戰隊旗艦。
安森號於1946年7月29日回到英國，於1949年被轉入預備役，八年後被出售，1957年在法斯蘭解體。
建造
一戰後，華盛頓海軍條約於1922年簽署以制止海軍軍備競賽。該條約限制各簽約國可建造的戰艦最大排水量為35,000英噸，該限制在1930年的倫敦海軍條約中被收緊[1]。但在1935年義大利和日本拒絕參與第二次倫敦海軍條約。英海軍部擔憂海軍缺乏現代化戰艦，下令建造英王喬治五世級戰艦。海軍條約限制其主炮口徑為14英寸(356毫米）導致了其不符尋常的炮塔布置以實現火力最大化。該級艦為當時唯一在建的條約型戰艦，但當英國發現其他簽約國選擇無視條約限制時已經沒有時間修改設計了[2]。
安森號於1937年7月20日鋪設龍骨。其原本要以海軍元帥第一代傑利科伯爵約翰·傑利科命名為「傑利科」，但於1940年被命名為安森。安森號於1940年2月24日下水，1942年6月22日完工[3]。
性能
安森號1942年試航時排水量43300噸，1945年滿載排水量46090噸。船長227.1米，寬31.4米，吃水9.4米，穩心高度標準1.85米，滿載2.46米[4][5]。安森號使用4部帕森斯型齒輪傳動式渦輪機和8台三鍋筒式水管鍋爐(標準功率75000千瓦，滿載功率82000千瓦)推動四軸螺旋槳。安森號最高航速27.62節[2]，船載4300噸燃油，全速續航3150海里，油耗37噸每小時[6][7]。
安森號裝備10門BL14英寸Mk VII主炮，前後Mk III炮塔各安裝四門，中部Mkll炮塔兩門，主炮俯仰+20/-3度，重裝時間40秒。安森號使用八座雙聯裝QF1 5.25英寸(133毫米)Mkl高平兩用炮作為副炮，最大射程14935.2米，俯仰+70度/-5度，理論射速10-12發每分鐘，實際射速7-8發每分鐘[8]。高射炮為八聯裝40毫米QF 2Mk III砰砰炮和雙聯裝厄利空20毫麥可射炮[9]。
服役歷史
安森號服役後被派往北冰洋參與北極航線護航任務。1942年9月12日，安森號與姊妹艦約克公爵號，輕巡洋艦牙買加號，驅逐艦凱佩爾號，麥凱號，蒙特羅斯號和布拉默姆號參與護航船隊QP14。同年12月29日安森號與巡洋艦昆布蘭號和驅逐艦森林人號，伊卡洛斯號和衝動號參與掩護護航船隊JW51B。1943年1月23至24日安森號與巡洋艦雪菲爾號，驅逐艦回聲號，日食號，福克努號，因格菲爾德號，蒙特羅斯號，昆伯勒號，侵入者號及波蘭驅逐艦颶風號參與掩護護航船隊JW52。29日，安森號與雪菲爾號，驅逐艦因格菲爾德號，侏羚號，服從號及波蘭驅逐艦颶風號參與護航護航船隊RA52[10]。
1943年7月安森號為西西里登陸轉移注意力，10月與美國巡洋艦塔斯卡盧薩號參與領導者行動，掩護美國突擊者號航母打擊挪威海岸的德國海運，次年二月與法國戰艦黎希留號掩護英國暴怒號航母打擊駐挪威的德軍，並於4月3日作為旗艦參與擊沉提爾皮茨號的鎢素行動[12][13]。
安森號於1944年6月退出現役進行修整，1945年3月歸隊，與約克公爵號前往太平洋戰場。8月15日，安森號與約克公爵號及其他大英國協船隻從雪梨啟程前往香港接受日軍投降。安森號也參與了東京灣受降儀式[12]。
戰後
戰後安森號成為英國太平洋艦隊第一戰隊旗艦。1946年2月，安森號前往荷巴特接格洛斯特公爵(時任澳洲總督)和愛麗斯王妃到雪梨[14]。
安森號於1946年7月29日回到英國，於1949年被轉入預備役，八年後被出售，1957年在法斯蘭解體[3]。
