2018年刚果赤道省伊波拉出血热爆发是2018年5月至7月刚果民主共和国西北部赤道省的埃博拉出血热的疫情，为该国第九次的埃博拉出血热疫情[6]，也是2013年至2016年的西非伊波拉病毒疫症以来，规模最大的埃博拉出血热疫情[7]，但其范围局限于赤道省境内。这次疫情也是rVSV-ZEBOV疫苗首次被用于控制埃博拉出血热疫情，共有3481人接受疫苗接种[6][8][9]。

这起疫情始于2018年5月8日，报导指赤道省的比科罗有21人疑似感染埃博拉出血热[10]，其中有17人死亡，世界卫生组织与无国界医生派员至当地收取五件样本，经检验后有两件样本证实为阳性[1][11]。5月17日，疫情散播至赤道省首府姆班达卡，使世界卫生组织将这波疫情的风险级别提升为“很高”[12][13]，但仍未至国际公共卫生紧急事件的程度[14]。7月24日，世界卫生组织宣布这波疫情结束[15][16][3]。

赤道省疫情结束后不久，同年8月1日，该国东部的北基伍省与伊图里省爆发了严重的埃博拉出血热疫情[17]。
