yeah. This Check is requested for sleepers. Since we cannot find master account on English Wikipedia.

@Ericliu1912 Good points. Let's clear all this mess, this request is about checking this user on a more active project (Chinese Wikipedia) rather than on an inactive project (English Wikipedia). Since we cannot find their main accounts on that ENWP as you said, and they have claimed they need to be global banned again, indicating they have some other accounts may not want to disclose or something indifferent from that.
